Cherokee County prides itself on its educational opportunities! Four public school districts serve the students in our county. They provide a comprehensive educational experience for children preschool to high school ages. Creative and recreational opportunities are provided on an after-school basis in each district.

Our graduation rate averages 96.1% throughout the county. Cherokee County has the good fortune to be able to offer access to higher educational institutes within an hour's drive of Cherokee, the county seat.
