Assembly Technician – Hydraulic Cylinders

We’re a locally owned manufacturing company with a small, supportive team, and we’re looking for a reliable Assembly Technician to help build hydraulic cylinders. If you enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable using tools, and take pride in doing things right the first time, you’ll fit in well here.

This role is a great match for someone with manufacturing experience who values steady work, good attendance, and flexibility in their day-to-day tasks.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
• Hours: 45 hours per week
• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

• Assemble hydraulic cylinders and related components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and accurately
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and proper fit
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with other shop tasks as needed — flexibility is important in our small team

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attendance and reliability — this is a must
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new tasks and help where needed
• Safety-minded with a positive, can-do attitude
