Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team, specializing in the construction of 3-season and 4-season rooms. This role involves framing, finishing, and installing high-quality additions that enhance residential spaces. The ideal candidate has strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and experience working with a variety of building materials and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and install 3-season and 4-season rooms from start to finish
- Perform framing, roofing, siding, window, and door installation
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials accurately
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with project managers
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues as they arise
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in residential additions or sunroom construction
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with framing, finishing, and exterior work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
