Job Summary:
The Child and Family Interventionist provides in-home intervention to children and their families utilizing a skill-based, solution-focused model. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of families and make a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with families and community service resources.
- Provides screening and assessment to determine program eligibility and identifies areas to address in the service plan.
- Provides training and support in the development and utilization of functional skills to families with problems.
- Assesses problems and provides care to youth and families; monitors individual and family progress in the attainment of predetermined goals.
- May provide outreach and prevention services, including increasing community awareness and offering informational and educational service programs to youth and families.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children and families.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to provide own transportation (mileage reimbursed) to complete travel requirements of the job.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
