Clinic Nurse (RN, LPN)
Reports to: Clinic Director
Anticipated Schedule: 32 to 40 hours weekly. 8-9 hour shifts. Saturday morning rotation about every 16th week.

Collaborates and communicates with providers and other clinical staff to provide seamless, quality care to patients across the lifespan. Experience:
- Preferred: Previous clinic experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of cultural competency and the ability to communicate effectively in a culturally sensitive manner with both individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of applicable safety requirements.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, healthcare policies and procedures. Knowledge of local medical review policies and has waivers signed when necessary.
- Knowledge of IV insertion and monitoring.
- Skill in giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Skill in managing one’s own time and/or the time of others.
- Skill in catheter insertion.
- Skill in critical thinking.
