Deer Valley Mechanical, INC., is looking to hire a full-time Excavator Operator in Quimby, IA.

Responsibilities:
– Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, loaders, and graders
– Perform tasks including digging trenches, grading land, and moving materials
– Safely operate equipment to ensure efficient and accurate completion of projects
– Follow project plans and specifications to meet client requirements
– Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
– Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
– Proven experience operating heavy equipment, specifically excavators
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
– Strong understanding of excavation techniques and best practices
– Physical stamina to withstand long hours of operating heavy machinery
– Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Note: Experience operating, bulldozers, grader operation, and loader operation are considered a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
