Marcus, Iowa based general construction company is now hiring for a Field Tile Site Foreman.

Field Tile Site Foreman duties include, but are not limited to, leading, managing, and coordinating field tiling crews. Foreman will be responsible for daily activities, materials/parts, training, GPS installation of field tile using Global Positioning System, and building good working relationships with crews and customers.

Safe housekeeping, clean and organized job sites and work practices are followed at all times and organizing the crew members for accomplishment of tasks. Able to work under diverse weather conditions.

Construction Site Foreman Starting pay: $30/hour

Desired Qualifications:
Prefer candidates considered for hiring have the following:

• At least 5 plus years of previous experience in field tiling drainage.
• Valid state driver’s license and experience in running a construction crew
• Familiarity with construction management and paperwork
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent oral/written communications
• Excellent personal organizational habits
• Knowledge of good business practices
• Aptitude in math
• Good work positive work ethic
• Good time management skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented, as well as problem-solving abilities
• Team working skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets
• Critical thinking skills and team-building abilities
• Understanding of the building regulations.
• CDL Class A preferred, but not required
