Position Summary: The ER Nurse Manager is responsible for the provision of high quality and cost effective emergency care. The ER is accountable for productive work relationships with the medical staff, ER nursing staff, supervisors and support departments. The ER Nurse Manager provides leadership by maintaining high standards of ER clinical practice, fulfilling hospital goals and providing supervisory expertise.
