RJ Thomas Mfg. Co. is looking to hire general production for the finish department in Cherokee, IA.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in powder coat and thermal coat application process using all appropriate (PPE) personal protection equipment supplied by company.
• Assist in liquid dip painting process using hoists and other lift assistance tools.
• Package and prepare for shipment product items after coating.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Operate a forklift when properly trained and certified.
