Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Division Manager (Supervisor) to lead our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing division. This energetic leader will oversee daily operations, manage field service teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality HVAC / plumbing solutions through a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, interpersonal talents, and management experience. Mechanical and technical knowledge is a plus, in addition to construction experience.
Duties
- Lead HVAC/plumbing jobs from first call → final invoice
- Schedule crews and coordinate service work efficiently
- Build strong customer relationships through calls, emails, and in-person interaction
- Estimate jobs, understand pricing, and protect margins
- Manage inventory and purchasing for the department
- Stay sharp on products, trends, and new technology
- Help grow the business through both new and existing customers

Monday – Friday 7AM to 5PM
Saturday rotation 7AM to 12:00 PM
