Maintenance Technician
Little Sioux Corn Processors in Marcus, IA, is seeking applicants to fill the position of Maintenance Technician. This crucial role involves conducting regular inspections, performing daily preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical failures, repairing equipment, and completing work orders within the electronic CMMS system. High School Diploma required. Three years of experience is preferred. Successful candidate should possess basic computer skills, have the ability to handle multiple tasks, and have excellent safety awareness. Key responsibilities will include equipment upkeep, diagnosing faults, reducing downtime, and ensuring a safe operational environment. Candidates should be proficient with hand tools and power tools, possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting, and have basic electrical knowledge. Regular inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to equipment are expected. The role demands meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities.
