🔹 Flexible Schedule: This role can be full-time or part-time, with a minimum of 30 hours/week—perfect if you’re looking for work/life balance.
🔹 Engaging Work: You’ll split your time between hands-on customer service (ringing up purchases, mixing paint, helping customers find products) and important behind-the-scenes work (answering phones, processing paperwork, and keeping things organized).
🔹 Team Environment: You’ll join a supportive team in a family-owned business where every day is different and your work truly matters.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
✔️ Good communication and basic computer skills
✔️ Retail experience or building materials knowledge is a big plus—but not required!
