Project Specialist / Inside Sales

MetalMax is a leading metal roofing manufacturer headquartered in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and we are adding to our sales staff! We are looking for an energetic, sales oriented professional who can aggressively grow our contractor sales in the middle Tennessee area. If you are this person, we would like to hear from you! We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented person with strong closing skills. We prefer someone with a construction background who is familiar with the roofing industry, particularly metal. A working knowledge, or history with pre-engineered metal buildings would be a strong advantage

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Determining customer needs; communicating benefits of our products effectively.
• The ability to conduct face-to-face retail sales.
• Operate special pricing software along with material take-offs.
• Apply and develop professional sales skills
• Have and develop an understanding of the metal roofing/metal building business.
• Have strong verbal and written skills.
• Be proficient with Word and Excel.
• Have strong computer skills.
• The ability to multi-task.

Background and Drug/Alcohol screening are required.
