Occupational Therapist-PRN
Reports to: Physical Medicine Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to best meet patient needs.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: PRN
Education:
- Required: Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
License/Registration/Certification:
- Required: Active State of Iowa Occupational Therapist License
Experience:
- Required: Successful completion of OT program clinical rotations
