PAMHC has an opening for a full-time Office Manager in our Cherokee location. Travel required to our satellite offices as necessary. Position is full- time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday.
Summary: This position primarily involves performing the duties of acting as the Office Manager Staff, supervising administrative support staff in your respective office, verifying insurance, collecting and applying client payments to accounts; greeting clients and staff, managing open access appointments, answering phones, office management such as supplies, infrastructure, office keys, equipment, and office security, and cleanliness and appearance of all office space.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must understand the concept and responsibilities of being a CCBHC. Pay Range: $18.40 to $20.52

Medical Office Experience
