Job Title: Operations Systems Support

Reports To: EHS Director

Date Reviewed: January 2025

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY

Under the direction of the EHS Director, and with input from the Operations Training Leader, this position will provide administrative and technical support to achieve AgState requirements for our Dekra systems. This will be a temporary position without benefits, with flexible hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work in a safe and efficient manner, according to AgState’s Safety Policy.

Advise business of any opportunities to utilize Dekra in a more efficient manner

Perform Dekra Setup by:

  • Establishing user types and access levels
  • Entering AgState policies and procedures into the policy manual. Establish custom fields as appropriate
  • Setting up incident types, dashboards, and notifications
  • Updating company Safety Data Sheets
  • Updating company permits
  • Bringing select incident data over from old system

Perform Dekra Preventative Maintenance by:

  • Navigating all equipment info from old RCI system and build into new program
  • Inputting new job plans
  • Scheduling work orders for new job plans per the AgState Equipment Maintenance Strategy

 

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

There are no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • In-depth mastery of Dekra systems
  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner to achieve all goals from EHS Director and Training Leader
  • Experience setting up Dekra business structures, including business/regional/location hierarchies

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to sit; stand, walk, recline, change position, reach with hands, arms, pinch, pick bend legs/spine, stoop, kneel and use stairs, using leg/foot, use simple/firm grasp and fine manipulation. Frequently the employee will reach across midline, use arms/legs, hold, grasp, seize, and turn objects. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and frequently move up to 10 pounds of force to move forms, boxes, or other office material as required. Accommodation for lifting will be offered for office related materials. No special vision requirements exist.

 

MACHINE CONTROL OPERATION

While performing the essential functions of the job, employees will be exposed to the following machine operations: Computers, fax, copier, printer, radio, scale, and telephone.
