We’re hiring Day Shift Crush Operators to monitor and adjust processing parameters for crushing soybeans and producing a wide variety of specialty edible oils including Organic Soy, NGMO Soy, Sunflower, and Canola.

Pay ranges from $21/hour to $23/hour, depending on experience level and shift. ADDITIONAL $5/HR FOR ANY HOURS WORKED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!! $1000 Signing Bonus (payable after 90 days of successful employment)!! Desired Qualifications:
The knowledge to operate Boom Lifts, Tractors, Semis CDL is a plus. Also, having mechanical knowledge of pumps, valves, grain equipment,frequency drives and steam systems is a plus. You must have a great attitude and be willing to try new things, and embrace changes, as we are growing at a rapid pace!

Duties:

• Keeping records of materials processed and transferred.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Regulating the flow of materials to and from conveyors, chutes, pumps, or storage bins.
• Adjusting equipment such as screens, conveyors, and fans, to control or vary size or grade of product, or to maintain a uniform flow of materials.
• Daily Cleaning of work areas inside and outside to maintain a clean facility.
• Loading and unloading of semi hopper trailers with our meal finished product or raw soybeans
• running seed cleaning, and seed drying equipment
• operation of semi with trailer onsite
• operation of scissors lifts, forklifts, skid loader and railcar mover
