Founded in 2001, BEI provides civil engineering and land surveying services to cities, counties, schools and private entities. BEI specializes in the design and inspection of street reconstructions, athletic facilities, roadway design, water main and sanitary sewer improvements, wastewater treatment, drainage, Low Impact Development, recreational trails, sidewalks, parking lots and site development.

Desired Qualifications:
