What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Residential Team Coordinator (RTC), you’ll be the backbone of our mission. You will provide leadership and support to our Direct Service Professionals and the individuals we serve, helping them with their day-to-day activities at home and in the community. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leadership & Support: Lead, support, and supervise our dedicated staff in their efforts to assist the people we serve.
  • High Standards: Set and maintain high standards of conduct and performance for your team.
  • Building Trust: Foster trusting partnerships to enhance performance, engagement, and our culture.
  • Effective Communication: Conduct regular team and one-on-one meetings to ensure open communication.
  • Scheduling: Develop effective scheduling for direct support to ensure individuals receive the care they need.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate billing and timely documentation of client interactions and support interventions.
  • Behavioral Support: Assist staff in implementing behavioral plans when necessary.
  • Emergency Response: Be responsive to and provide emergency intervention to individuals receiving support.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for and aid clients in various aspects of their lives, including housing, finances, and medical needs.

What You Need:

  • Associate degree or a minimum of 60 college credit hours preferred.
  • Two years of supervisor experience preferred.
  • Ability to serve as a positive adult role model.
  • Commitment to our mission and values.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and management skills.
  • Must obtain Medication Manager certification within six months of employment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
