Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day store operations including sales, customer service, and staff supervision
– Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to deliver outstanding customer service
– Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels
– Utilize retail math principles to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
– Set and achieve sales targets while maximizing profitability
– Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
– Develop and execute store promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales
– Monitor store budget and expenses to meet financial goals
– Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide coaching as needed

Requirements:
– Proven experience in retail management with a focus on achieving sales targets
– Strong proficiency in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff members
– Excellent skills in cash handling, inventory management, and budgeting
– Knowledge of retail math principles to analyze sales data effectively
– Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
– Experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is a plus
