We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Universal Banker IV to join our financial services team. Duties
- Engage with customers to identify their financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and investment options.
- Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, such as deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, debits & credits, and cashiering duties.
- Originate loans by assessing customer eligibility, gathering necessary documentation, and guiding clients through the loan application process.
- Manage customer relationships by providing personalized service, upselling relevant financial products, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity and adhering to security protocols.
- Utilize financial software to record transactions, update account information, and perform basic math calculations for balancing cash drawers and processing payments.
- Support branch sales initiatives by promoting banking services through proactive relationship management and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial sales, customer relationship management, or retail banking roles.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations including cash handling, cashiering, loan processing, and cash management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in financial software applications and familiarity with 10 key typing for accurate data entry.
- Basic math skills essential for balancing accounts and performing transaction calculations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while adhering to fraud prevention standards.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
