Utility Groundskeeping
Little Sioux Corn Processors is seeking applicants to fill the position of Utility Groundskeeping. This key position involves, but is not limited to, maintaining the physical condition of the facility and grounds, supporting safe and clean operations, removing snow and ice, mowing and trimming, assisting with plant sanitation, product loading/unloading, and providing general support to multiple departments across the plant. High School Diploma required. Prior experience with plant operations and equipment operation is preferred. The successful candidate must be safety-conscious, self-motivated, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Basic computer skills and documentation accuracy are important. Flexibility with scheduling is required, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This is a full-time position averaging 50 hours per week with varying schedules based on operational needs. This position has a starting wage of $20+ per hour.
